I was totally disatifyed....1st with a BLT sub omg....they replaced with a calzone.....no ragotta cheese....all bread and mottzarella....skip the menu....stay with the pizza...they need better cooks...never seen a deli sub made so sloppy......it was a waste of money........

Went to the downtown location, very small inside and a little run down. We expected since it was a pizza place, to see a counter that had a variety of pizzas to choose from. When we didn't we asked if they had slices and he said yes. When we asked what kind, he said cheese but I can add anything. Not sure why you wouldn't already have some made. It was good. So decided to try other location.... they don't have a variety of pizzas out either!! I never heard of this! I like my toppings then the cheese. Everyone is raving in their reviews, although i thought it was good, it definitely wasn't the best NY style pizza. I love jonnys pizza on genesee st, at least they have a variety to choose from and their delicious.... and there's more seating and alot cleaner. But everyone is allowed their own opinion

Welcoming staff also fast and on time with deliverys.Highly recommended for catering and partie events. Great humongous slices with no wait. Amazing food all you something on the menu for everyone.A must try A+

Real fresh NY style pizza. The name speaks for itself! Great tasting well cooked food prepared by fast and friendly staff. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean and well lit. Can't beat their Tuesday specials! The prices are fair and competitive. You'll love Hot Off The Brick and you'll definitely come back for more.

First of all, what pizza establishment is out of ricotta cheese, broccoli, tuna and pepperoni constantly! When we do order the "everything wings " are drenched in blue cheese with a splash of sauce. Very inconsistent, poor cooking.

The dining area is quaint, so get your food to go. The everything wings are some of the best wings I've had. The party pizzas are huge and well worth it.

One of their employees came into ALDI in new Hartford today and flipped out at the poor associate outside about the mask policy. I witnessed the entire thing. He should be ashamed of the language that came out of his mouth while wearing your uniform!!

This is easily the best New York style pizza you can get in upstate New York. Definitely the most flavorful chicken wings. And the steak sub is voted the best around.

Went in and ordered a xl pizza. Sat down and figured we (4 of us) would wait and then eat there. TV was blaring so loud we couldn't have a conversation and them it took 35 mins for a pizza they said they'd have done in 20. Pizza was good, but wouldn't go back. Cooks didn't seem too concerned with cleanliness either

I go to Hot Off The Brick weekly!! The $6.00 slice special is fantastic!! The slices are huge...and taste really good! The guys that work there are friendly, and fast! If you don't want delicious pizza and wings...no problem! My favorite cold sub...a 12 inch Turkey with everything! Damn good! Lots of meat! BOTTOM LINE...great place for food! Put it this way...I haven't been disappointed yet

Was cold and overpriced said $59 on phone then changed to $89 when they got there, all was cold and just mediocre, I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Great New York Style Pizza at the Clark Mills location! The only negative was the little one wanted a Slushi and they didn't have cups for it for 3 weeks in a row. One of the employees was sweet and gave her a little dressing/sauce container so she could at least have a little taste though.

If you're looking for a delicious and classic New York style pizza THIS is the place to go and you'd never expect it. I've lived in CNY all my life and this pizza trumps everything else I've tried. Delicious sauce, crust, and cheese cooked to perfection. If they ever go down, I'll surely be hurting for some great pizza. If you ever find yourself in the area and are in the mood for a slice, you NEED to try this place.
